Karen utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She specializes in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, family conflict, emotional distress, and general life stressors.
