Darlene LaRose is a compassionate and skilled social worker specializing in individual and group therapy. A graduate of Fordham University’s School of Social Work, Darlene has dedicated her career to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with empathy and evidence-based interventions.

With extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing, Darlene has worked with diverse populations addressing a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and psychosis. She has also led therapy groups focused on fostering emotional regulation, building resilience, and promoting recovery.

We are in-network with Aetna, Oxford, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, 1199SUI. We also accept out of network benefits and will submit claims for our out of network clients. We also accept self-pay and can sometimes offer reduced rates.

Our office staff are happy to do the groundwork for you, and they will verify your benefits, submit your claims, and have any reimbursements paid directly to you.
