Adam Alsaad, MHC-LP, is a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor who believes that each individual has the ability to shape their own story and create meaningful change in their life. He works collaboratively with clients to help them navigate challenges, build resilience, and move toward becoming the version of themselves they aspire to be.

Adam earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has experience supporting individuals facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. Known for his empathetic and supportive approach, he creates a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences.

His therapeutic approach is integrative, client-centered, and strengths-based. Adam utilizes evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation. He tailors each session to meet the unique needs of the individual, ensuring that treatment is both practical and meaningful.

Adam is committed to providing a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly process their thoughts and emotions. He works to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health while supporting clients in building confidence, gaining insight, and creating lasting, positive change.

We are in-network with Aetna, Oxford, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, 1199SUI. We also accept out of network benefits and will submit claims for our out of network clients. We also accept self-pay and can sometimes offer reduced rates.

Our office staff are happy to do the groundwork for you, and they will verify your benefits, submit your claims, and have any reimbursements paid directly to you.
