Gabrielle Francis, LMSW

Gabrielle Francis, LMSW “Be the person you needed when you were younger” is the guiding motto behind Gabbriel’s work and her deep commitment to helping others feel seen, supported, and empowered in their healing journey. As a Caribbean American, she understands how cultural, racial, and religious influences can contribute to the stigma surrounding mental health. This awareness informs her dedication to creating a safe, affirming, and culturally responsive space where clients can openly explore their experiences.

Gabbriel is passionate about helping individuals tap into their inner strengths and grow into their most authentic selves. She fosters an environment where clients can safely navigate both life’s challenges and successes, while building the tools needed to manage difficult emotions, transitions, and personal growth.

Her approach is integrative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Drawing on cognitive behavioral strategies, Gabbriel supports clients in identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns, developing effective coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

Gabbriel specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She has experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, work-related challenges, life transitions, and concerns related to religion and spirituality. She meets clients where they are, offering compassionate guidance while empowering them to build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
Gabbriel is committed to helping clients create lasting change—so that positivity becomes not just a moment, but a way of life.
